Meet our little holiday elf: Myrtle! - Admin - 12-13-2024  Meet our little holiday elf: Myrtle! (Full disclosure: the elf photoshoot was not going to happen, so we had to improvise.) ?? Our gal Myrtle came to us as a stray back in September, and she immediately made it pretty clear that she wasn't a fan of shelter life. That's why we were over the moon when a kind foster finally gave her a chance to show us what she's like in a home - and with the best results! ? Myrtle's foster reported that this special girl thrives on affection and will happily snuggle in your lap, purring away the day. Once comfortable, she’s an affectionate "Velcro kitty" who loves attention and will brighten your home with her endearing "squeaky meows" when she wants food or cuddles. ? We did also learn from the foster that Myrtle would be happiest as an only pet, but we think she's cute and snuggly enough to be all you'll ever need. Myrtle is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and FREE to adopt. She's now back in the shelter, and we really want this kitty to be in a home, where she is happiest.
