126 dogs came into PACC this weekend, most of them strays. 12 are pictured here. As you can see, these pups run the gamut, from purebreds to small fluffies to the pitties. Any dog - ANY DOG - can be lost, and it's their family's responsibility to make sure they're prepared for that inevitability.

Check gates and doors every time you let your dog out. This quick check can make all the difference. Open gates and doors are the #1 way pets get lost.

Be sure your pet is wearing a collar and tag with up-to-date info, and if you don't have a tag, come get one at PACC for FREE any time we're open.

Is your pet microchipped? Make sure it's registered and up-to-date. You can do this for FREE at https://mypethealth.com/auth/signup/step1?type=microchip....
If your pet is here at PACC, please come get them ASAP. We can't say it enough: We WANT your pet to be at home and not in the overcrowded shelter. See all found dogs here: https://24petconnect.com/PimaStrays?at=DOG&sb=days_MinMax.
And don't forget - if you find or lose a pet, use lost.petcolove.org. Their image recognition technology is responsible for getting tens of thousands of lost pets home quickly, easily, and for free.
We have 577 dogs in our facility today, which is 127 dogs PAST what we call critical capacity. We desperately need your help getting these dogs home and finding adoptive and foster homes for the pets in our care. We're open from noon to 7 p.m. today - please come see us.
